Oh no! You've received your order and it seems to be something missing.
Should this be the case then reach out to the Customer Support team within 14 days where we will investigate the matter with the carrier, final mile carrier and the fulfilment centre, to aid the investigation we would need the following information from you:
- Photographs of the shipping box (360 degrees)
- Photo of the shipping label
- Photograph of the contents in the shipping box
- A Declaration of non Receipt
- For EU Consumers please use EU DECLARATION OF NON RECEIPT
- For UK Consumers please use UK DECLARATION OF NON RECEIPT
