If your order tracking status hasn't changed for 24 hours, it's okay.
There may be several reasons for this, for example, our international orders need to clear customs and this can take 48hrs sometimes 72 working hours for this to happen yet the tracking won't change!
All this is normal so don't worry, your order will be working its way through the process.
If you do have any concerns over your order, following your dispatch confirmation and no movement within 5 working days, simply contact us and we'll follow this up with the delivery company.
