We have become aware that several parcels have become stuck in customs and some cases the carrier has approached you requesting funds.
The parcel has been sent with all duties and taxes being paid and therefore there is nothing for you, the customer to pay.
We ask that you DO NOT PAY ANY DUTIES OR TAXES and submit copies of any correspondence that the carrier has issued to you when you submit a support request.
Once this has been received your request, we will reach out to the international carrier & the final mile carrier and question them as to why they are approaching you when these have already been paid! and push for your order to be released as quickly as possible
